Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Women’s Health | Houston, Texas

Travel Nursing Job Details
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,010-$2,340
- Location: Houston, Texas 77082
- Healthcare Setting: On-site women’s and children’s healthcare services
- Assignment Type: Travel nursing contract

Women’s Health Registered Nurse Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Texas
- At least 1 year of professional nursing experience; women’s health or women’s and children’s healthcare experience is strongly preferred
- Current clinical knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and patient education
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment
- Interim Leader certification or qualification, as required for the assignment
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
Women’s Health Travel RN Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients receiving women’s health services
- Complete patient assessments, monitor clinical status, and identify changes requiring intervention
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with applicable standards and protocols
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, recovery, and health promotion
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
- Support staffing needs while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive patient outcomes
