Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- Rehabilitation nursing, sub-acute care, or acute care experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts in a fast-paced patient care environment
- Strong assessment, communication, and clinical documentation skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care priorities in collaboration with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established care plans
- Support patients and families with education, encouragement, and recovery-focused care
- Promote safety, mobility, independence, and overall patient well-being throughout the shift
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold high standards of nursing practice
