Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Rehabilitation | Oro Valley / Tucson, AZ

Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient rehabilitation nursing experience
- Cerner experience required
- Ability to float as needed to sister facilities and med-surg units
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to rehab patients during overnight shifts
- Monitor patient status, complete assessments, and document care accurately in Cerner
- Support individualized recovery plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Administer medications and treatments according to facility policies and nursing standards
- Recognize changes in patient condition and escalate concerns promptly
- Float to sister facilities or med-surg units when needed to support quality patient care
