We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a patient-centered rehabilitation team. This 13-week travel nurse job is ideal for nurses who enjoy collaborative care, strong clinical practice, and supporting individuals through every stage of recovery in an inpatient rehab environment.

- Shift: 12-hour day shifts
- Hours Per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 – $1,890
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent nursing experience required
- Experience in rehabilitation nursing, post-acute care, medical-surgical, or acute care settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and patient advocacy skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
- Complete patient assessments, monitor clinical status, and document care accurately in the medical record
- Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans and physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including therapists, physicians, and case management, to support individualized rehabilitation goals
- Educate patients and families on recovery progress, safety, discharge planning, and ongoing care needs
- Promote a safe, therapeutic, and supportive healing environment in the inpatient rehabilitation unit
