CT Technologist Travel Job Details
- Location: Camp Hill, Pennsylvania
- Assignment Type: 13-week travel healthcare assignment
- Start Date: November 2, 2026
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,490-$2,670
- Schedule: 4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift
- Shift: Day shift, approximately 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday
- Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
- Call and Weekends: No on-call or weekend shifts required
- Department: Hospital Radiology CT
CT Technologist Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist or CT Tech
- ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT(CT))
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous CT experience in a trauma or cardiac facility is preferred
- Previous experience operating both GE and Siemens CT equipment is required
- Venipuncture experience is preferred
- Angiography and biopsy experience are preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with radiology and hospital care teams
CT Technologist Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic CT examinations according to established protocols and radiation safety standards
- Operate GE and Siemens CT systems, including multi-slice computed tomography imaging equipment
- Prepare patients for CT examinations, explain procedures, and provide attentive patient care
- Verify patient information, review imaging orders, and maintain accurate documentation
- Apply appropriate radiation safety and infection prevention practices
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, physicians, and other members of the hospital radiology team
- Assist with contrast administration and perform venipuncture duties within scope of practice
- Maintain CT equipment readiness and help ensure efficient radiology department operations
