Travel Registered Nurse Supervisor – Home Health in Oakland, CA

Home Health Travel Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $4,870-$5,130
- Assignment Type: Travel nursing contract
- Start Date: October 26, 2026
- End Date: January 23, 2027
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8-hour day shift, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Location: Oakland, California
- Setting: Onsite home health administration and care coordination
Registered Nurse Supervisor Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in California
- At least 1 year of professional nursing experience; home health nursing or nurse leadership experience is strongly preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and nursing leadership skills
- Ability to work onsite in Oakland and manage priorities in a fast-paced home health environment
Home Health Nursing Supervisor Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing services for patients receiving care in the home
- Coordinate daily clinical operations and help ensure appropriate patient care coverage
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and clinical support to home health nursing staff
- Review patient care needs, clinical documentation, and care plans to support quality and continuity of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to promote effective home health care delivery
- Monitor compliance with clinical standards, organizational policies, and applicable healthcare regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes, workflow efficiency, and home health service quality
