Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift Contract in Pomona, CA
Join our healthcare team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse in Pomona, California. This 13-week travel nursing contract offers an on-site night-shift opportunity for an experienced RN to provide cardiac monitoring and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced Observation Care unit. Located in Southern California’s Inland Empire, Pomona provides access to the San Gabriel Mountains, diverse dining and cultural experiences, and convenient connections throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

Telemetry Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse license valid in California
- At least 3 years of professional nursing experience
- Recent telemetry nursing experience required
- Experience in an observation or acute-care setting preferred
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Ability to work scheduled night shifts in an on-site hospital environment
- Required documentation, certifications, professional references, and requested time off must be provided during the submission process
- Willingness to comply with applicable workplace dress and appearance standards
Telemetry Nursing Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients in an Observation Care unit
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications, and implement individualized care plans
- Respond promptly to changes in telemetry findings and patient status
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate treatment and discharge planning
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the medical record
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
- Support a safe, organized, and patient-focused clinical environment throughout each shift
