Travel Nursing Job Details

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,550-$1,630

- Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Medical-Surgical RN Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Tennessee
- At least 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment, patient assessment, and prioritization skills
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced acute-care environment
- Successful completion of applicable facility onboarding and compliance requirements
Travel Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, progress, and response to treatment
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for adult medical-surgical patients
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Recognize changes in patient status and promptly communicate concerns to the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary departments, patients, and families to coordinate care
- Provide patient and family education related to diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation while following nursing standards and hospital protocols
