Travel Healthcare Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,280-$2,450
- Location: Clarkston, Washington
- Healthcare Setting: On-site hospital and OB clinic
- Start Date: November 2, 2026
- End Date: February 1, 2027
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift Duration: Variable; 8-hour weekday shift and extended weekend shifts
- Schedule: Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the OB clinic; Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m. at the hospital, with on-call coverage from 7:30 p.m.-midnight
Ultrasound Technologist Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional ultrasound or diagnostic medical sonography experience
- Vascular ultrasound or vascular sonography experience
- Experience performing general, abdominal, OB, and small-parts imaging studies
- ARDMS certification or active progress toward obtaining ARDMS certification
- Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to exercise sound professional judgment and provide safe, patient-centered care
- Availability to work the specified weekday, weekend, and on-call schedule
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in the OB clinic and hospital environment
- Conduct general, abdominal, OB, small-parts, and vascular ultrasound studies according to established protocols
- Prepare patients, explain procedures, and promote comfort and privacy throughout each examination
- Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and document pertinent clinical findings
- Use professional judgment to recognize urgent or abnormal findings and communicate appropriately with the care team
- Maintain accurate records and follow department, safety, and infection-control standards
- Provide dependable weekend and on-call coverage as scheduled
