Travel RN Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800-$1,890

Med/Surg Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in West Virginia
- At least 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical RN experience
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate nursing care in an acute-care environment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts throughout the travel assignment
- Required credentials and documentation must be completed before the start date
Medical-Surgical RN Responsibilities
- Assess patients, develop individualized nursing plans of care, and evaluate outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly identify and escalate changes in status
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and adherence to established nursing standards
