Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment in Allen, Texas

Job Details

- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Schedule Needs: Weekends and holidays as needed
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 – $2,010
- Location: Allen, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth)
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current NRP certification
- Current Fetal Monitoring certification
- Ability to provide care in a Labor & Delivery environment and float to Mother Baby when census is low
- Candidates must live 100 miles or more from the facility and have an active driver’s license included in their submission packet
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
- Monitor maternal and newborn status and respond appropriately to changing clinical needs
- Support safe deliveries and assist with newborn care as needed
- Float to Mother Baby to care for newborns when Labor & Delivery census is low
- Collaborate with the care team to promote excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit protocols and standards
