- Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,030-$3,190

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- ACLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent, full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 years
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred; high-risk OB experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care to laboring patients and newborns
- Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout the labor and delivery process
- Assist with assessments, interventions, and coordination of care during high-acuity situations
- Support patients and families with education, reassurance, and clinical guidance
- Collaborate closely with physicians, neonatal staff, and the broader healthcare team
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and escalating clinical needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical standards and protocols
