Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Travel Assignment in Asheville, North Carolina

Job Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency care setting
- Comfortable caring for patients across a wide range of acuity levels
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Adaptability, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care to Emergency Department patients
- Perform patient assessments, monitor changes in condition, and prioritize care based on acuity
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
- Support stabilization efforts and respond quickly to urgent and emergent patient needs
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality outcomes
