- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 – $2,010
- Location: Dallas, TX 75230
- Schedule Notes: Rotate weekends; travelers may float first as needed
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience required
- Oncology nursing experience required
- Chemotherapy certification required to start
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- PCU-level care experience required
- Ability to read telemetry and monitor simple drip titration preferred
- Strong assessment skills and comfort with complex patient populations
- Bone Marrow Transplant experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care for Bone Marrow Transplant patients receiving advanced oncology treatments
- Administer chemotherapy safely and accurately according to unit standards
- Monitor telemetry and support patients requiring simple drip titration
- Perform thorough nursing assessments and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support transplant and oncology patients
- Deliver bedside shift reports, safety rounds, and patient-centered care
- Support patients undergoing autologous and allogeneic transplants, including advanced cellular therapies
- Work in a team-focused environment that values professionalism, flexibility, and quality care
