Job Details

- Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,050 – $2,160
- Schedule Notes: Holiday and weekend coverage required; 3 weekend shifts per 13 weeks as needed

- Environment: Level I Trauma operating room with a broad, complex surgical case mix

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in hand at the time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
- BLS and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with DaVinci Xi Robot required
- Experience with liver transplant required
- Proficiency in at least one of the following service lines: Neuro or Ortho
- Level I Trauma experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in a high-acuity surgical setting
- Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
- Willingness to comply with credentialing and fingerprinting timelines
Responsibilities
- Provide expert perioperative nursing care in a busy operating room setting
- Support a wide range of surgical procedures, including general surgery, robotics, trauma, orthopedics, neurosurgery, spine, ophthalmology, ENT, plastics, burns, urology, gynecology, and transplant
- Scrub and circulate for complex surgical cases as assigned
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the OR team to maintain safe, efficient workflow
- Float to different units within the organization as needed
- Maintain sterile technique and follow all facility protocols and safety standards
- Adapt quickly to changing case needs in a fast-paced Level I Trauma environment
- Support excellent patient outcomes through precision, professionalism, and teamwork
