- Shift: Night shift, 3×12-hour schedule (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Shift Duration: 12 hours
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 – $1,890
- Openings: 2
- Orientation: Includes ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- PALS certification required
- TNCC certification preferred
- One manager, supervisor, ANM, or director reference in the ER specialty from an assignment within the past 12 months
- All required certifications must be active and available at submission
- Ability to successfully complete orientation assessments with an acceptable score
- Availability to work at least every other holiday
- Must be eligible to complete time-sensitive background and fingerprinting requirements as part of onboarding
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate emergency nursing care in a high-acuity setting
- Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on condition and urgency
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions according to nursing standards
- Monitor patient status closely and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely treatment decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation and help support smooth patient flow through the ED
- Use strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-moving emergency department
- Complete required orientation, assessments, and ongoing compliance expectations
