- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 – $2,010
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Med-Surg Telemetry experience required
- 12 months of permanent Med-Surg Tele experience preferred for submission
- Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- NIHSS certification preferred
- One recent professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty
- Completion of required compliance and onboarding steps prior to start
- ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to adult medical-surgical telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Assess patients, administer medications, and carry out physician orders
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
- Document nursing care accurately and maintain strong clinical communication throughout the shift
- Deliver excellent bedside nursing care in a busy, team-oriented hospital environment
