Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Contract Job in Camden, New Jersey

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2130-$2250

- Schedule: Weekend nights; Friday-Sunday based on unit needs
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Shift Length: 12 hours
- Work Requirement: Must work 6 shifts per 6-week schedule period
- Float Requirement: Required to float to all like units
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of recent Telemetry RN experience required
- Recent experience in a busy Level 1 Trauma facility strongly preferred
- Current New Jersey RN license
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Current NIHSS certification
- Ability to work weekend night shifts and holiday requirements as needed
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients in an acute care setting
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, assess patient status, and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with provider orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, effective patient care
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
- Float to like units as needed to support patient care operations
- Maintain compliance with weekend, holiday, and scheduling expectations
