Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking skills in a high-acuity emergency care setting
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care in the Emergency Department
- Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and respond promptly to changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments according to established ER nursing protocols
- Assist with emergency interventions and support providers during urgent procedures
- Document patient care accurately in the medical record and communicate clearly with the care team
- Prioritize multiple patients while maintaining calm, professional performance in a fast-moving environment
