Job Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Experience in a high-acuity emergency department or hospital emergency care setting preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Comfort working effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Dependable, compassionate, and adaptable approach to patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care to emergency department patients
- Perform rapid assessments, prioritize patient needs, and respond to changing conditions
- Administer medications, monitor treatment plans, and support emergency interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality care
- Document patient information accurately and maintain strong clinical standards
- Support a positive patient experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
