Hospital Pharmacy Technician – Contract | Philadelphia, PA 19104

Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $860-$920
- Setting: Hospital Pharmacy / Inpatient Pharmacy
- Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19104
- Start Date: 10/26/2026
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Pharmacy operates between 6:30 AM and 7:00 PM
- Shift Duration: 8-hour and 12-hour shifts based on operational needs
- Hours Per Week: 40
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience required
- Previous hospital pharmacy or inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
- Current CPHT certification required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation, packaging, and distribution
- Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, high-volume healthcare environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Support daily hospital pharmacy operations in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Assist with medication preparation, packaging, labeling, and distribution
- Maintain accurate records and help ensure medication inventory is properly managed
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare team members to support safe and timely patient care
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace
- Adapt to 8-hour or 12-hour shifts based on department needs
