Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of nursing experience required; cardiac stepdown, telemetry, or acute care experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a hospital or acute care environment
- Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to complete required onboarding, compliance, and competency documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to cardiac stepdown patients with varying acuity levels
- Monitor patient status, assess changes, and escalate concerns promptly
- Administer medications, complete treatments, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support safe, coordinated care
