Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent nursing experience required
- Experience in rehabilitation, med-surg, or other acute care nursing settings preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment
- Comfort working night shifts and supporting patients through a recovery-focused plan of care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to rehabilitation patients with complex recovery needs
- Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond promptly to evolving clinical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support individualized rehabilitation goals
- Educate patients and families on recovery progress, safety, and ongoing care needs
- Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with facility standards
