Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care Job in Geneva, NY

- Shift: Full-time nights; every other weekend and holidays
- Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,300-$1,360
- Hours per Week: 40
Job Requirements
- Active New York LPN license
- BLS certification from AHA or RQI only
- At least 1 year of experience working as an LPN
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment strongly preferred
- Ability to care for adult and geriatric residents
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care to assigned residents
- Collect and communicate ongoing physical and psychosocial assessment data to the RN and care team
- Support the development and implementation of individualized resident care plans
- Monitor resident outcomes and recommend plan-of-care revisions as needed
- Promote a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for residents and families
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and ancillary staff
- Maintain clinical competency through ongoing education and in-service participation
- Assist with mentoring and orientation of staff when appropriate
