This 13-week travel nursing assignment is a strong opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to support patients with a variety of Med/Surg and remote telemetry needs while building valuable Georgia healthcare experience.
Job Details
- Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
- Schedule: Nights, every other weekend, floating required, holidays required
- Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,680 – $1,770
- Setting: Med/Surg and Remote Telemetry
Job Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience required
- Recent Med/Surg and telemetry experience preferred
- Recent Cerner charting experience required
- BLS certification required
- At least 2 completed travel nursing assignments required
- Strong clinical judgment and confidence working in a fast-paced acute care environment
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care for Med/Surg patients with remote telemetry monitoring
- Perform patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Administer medications safely using bedside scanning protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes
- Support care for a diverse patient population including ortho, post-op, CHF, and respiratory cases
- Adapt to unit needs and floating expectations between Med/Surg and Telemetry areas
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold established nursing standards
