Job Details
- Employment Type: Travel MRI Technologist
- Setting: Hospital MRI department
- Location: Greenville, South Carolina
- Shift: Night shift, Wednesday through Friday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 10/19/2026
- End Date: 1/18/2027
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910-$2,050
- Orientation: Required prior to start
- Call: No call required
- Floating: May be required based on qualified competencies
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent MRI technologist experience
- ARRT certification in MRI required
- Active state license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
- Trauma Level I experience required
- Ability to work independently in a hospital-based imaging environment
- Must be comfortable supporting a broad patient population, including pediatrics and adults
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI exams in a busy hospital imaging setting
- Prepare patients for imaging and provide clear instructions to ensure comfort and safety
- Operate MRI equipment and follow established imaging protocols
- Administer contrast media when indicated and within scope of practice
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
- Support workflow in a Level I trauma environment with attention to detail and patient throughput
- Collaborate with radiology and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver excellent patient care
- Follow safety standards, infection control practices, and department procedures at all times
