Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Availability to work 12-hour day shifts on the assigned schedule
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based medical-surgical nursing care to patients
- Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and escalate concerns as needed
- Administer medications and treatments according to established standards
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and timely
- Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
