- Shift: 12-hour nights

- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130 – $2,250
- Schedule: Weekend and holiday rotation based on operational needs
- Orientation: 20 hours

Job Requirements
- Active Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience within the last 3 years in the specialty
- Previous Med/Surg Tele or telemetry nursing experience required
- Epic charting experience required
- Current BLS certification through AHA
- Telemetry exam required prior to start with strict passing criteria
- Travel nursing experience required
- Ability to float as needed
- Strong clinical skills supporting adult and geriatric patients
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate care to adult and geriatric Med/Surg Tele patients
- Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and support a wide range of acute care interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate effective patient care
- Document accurately in Epic and maintain timely charting standards
- Provide patient education and reinforce treatment plans
- Float to other units as needed based on facility requirements
- Contribute to a high-performing nursing team focused on quality outcomes and positive patient experiences
