- Position: CT Technologist / CT Tech
- Setting: Hospital-based imaging department
- Employment Type: Travel healthcare job
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, 4×10-hour schedule (08:00 – 18:00)
- Shift Duration: 10 hours
- Hours Per Week: 40
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,060 – $2,210
- Location: Petaluma, CA 94954
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience required
- ARRT-CT certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Fluoroscopy permit required
- Community hospital experience required
- Experience with adult acute care and emergency department imaging preferred
- Strong skills in CT imaging and general radiology procedures
- Ability to work in a moderately busy, full-service hospital imaging department
- Comfortable with a flexible variable day schedule
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT scans and support X-ray procedures as needed
- Provide imaging services for outpatient, emergency, and occasional OR cases
- Work with a variety of exams including abdomen, brain, chest, pelvis, vascular CTA, and more
- Assist with fluoroscopy studies, portables, C-arm, extremities, and surgery C-arm workflows
- Prepare and administer contrast media when indicated
- Maintain accuracy, patient safety, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Collaborate with the imaging team to support smooth departmental operations
- Deliver a positive patient experience through professional, compassionate care
