- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts
- Shift Duration: 8 hours
- Hours per Week: 40
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,010-$1,090
- Location: Green Cove Springs, Florida
Job Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) credential
- At least 1 year of recent PTA experience preferred
- Experience in an inpatient, rehab, hospital-based, or long-term acute care setting is a plus
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative therapy team
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Assist the physical therapist in delivering patient-centered treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, and functional activity support
- Monitor patient response and communicate observations to the therapy team
- Document treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
- Support patients in making measurable progress toward rehabilitation goals
- Maintain a safe, professional, and encouraging treatment environment
