Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg or medical-surgical nursing experience required
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting
- Commitment to safe, high-quality patient care and excellent bedside nursing
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients in an acute care environment
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff to promote positive patient outcomes
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and on time
- Support patient education and discharge planning as needed
- Maintain a professional, compassionate approach while delivering exceptional nursing care
