Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Recent experience in PICU or pediatric critical care strongly preferred
- CVICU experience required
- Epic experience required
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity environment
- Professional communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Navy blue scrubs required
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality pediatric critical care nursing to patients requiring intensive monitoring and support
- Assess patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
- Administer treatments, medications, and interventions according to care plans and unit protocols
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in Epic
- Promote safe, compassionate, and family-centered care in a fast-paced critical care setting
- Maintain compliance with unit policies, safety standards, and professional nursing practices
