• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,920 – $2,060
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
• Patient Population: Adult ortho and neuro, including post-op, chronic pain, and outpatient rehabilitation
• Tools & Technology: EPIC EMR; E-stim, Hivamat, laser, Alter G, and Vector

Physical Therapist Job Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license and at least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong background in outpatient orthopedics or outpatient rehab preferred
• Experience with post-op knee, hip, and shoulder rehabilitation
• Ability to assess and treat low back pain, neck pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions
• Manual therapy experience preferred
• Excellent teamwork, flexibility, and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a hospital outpatient therapy setting
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs
• Support recovery for post-operative orthopedic patients and individuals managing chronic pain
• Document care accurately in EPIC EMR
• Utilize therapeutic equipment and rehabilitation modalities as appropriate to support patient outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services
• Maintain a positive, patient-centered approach while contributing to a strong team culture
