Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Dietitian experience preferred
- Current credentials as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Dietitian, as applicable
- Experience in a hospital, acute care, or inpatient clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of nutrition assessment, care planning, and therapeutic diets
- Excellent communication, patient education, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and families as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition interventions based on clinical needs
- Support compliance with hospital standards, policies, documentation, and quality requirements
- Contribute to a positive patient experience through attentive, compassionate, evidence-based care
