- Employment Type: Travel CT Technologist
- Setting: Hospital / Diagnostic Imaging
- Location: Naples, FL 34119
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
- Shift Schedule: Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Call Requirement: Willingness to take call 3-5 times per month
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,420 – $1,530
- Start Date: ASAP
CT Technologist Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience preferred
- ARRT certification in CT
- Active Florida Radiologic Technologist license
- Experience with Philips CT equipment strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, contrast procedures, and CT system processing
- Ability to work independently in a hospital imaging environment
- Willingness to float between campuses as needed
- AHCA fingerprinting required
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and advanced CT scans, including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
- Provide timely diagnostic imaging services for inpatient and outpatient populations
- Operate CT scanner equipment and follow departmental protocols under the direction of a Radiologist
- Support studies with and without contrast media while maintaining patient safety and imaging quality
- Assist with basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiography, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services as needed
- Follow sterile and surgical procedure standards in appropriate imaging environments
- Adapt to floating assignments between campuses when needed
- Deliver professional, compassionate care in every patient interaction
