- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation / Long-Term Care

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 – $1,540
Job Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license
- At least 1 year of nursing experience required
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or similar patient care settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and provide dependable bedside support
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation-focused and long-term care environment
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and nursing protocols
- Monitor patient status, report changes, and support timely interventions
- Assist with daily living activities and promote patient comfort, safety, and mobility
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Encourage progress and recovery through compassionate, consistent nursing support
