- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,260 – $2,430
- Service Area: Coverage across Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce counties
- Documentation Requirement: Documentation must be completed by 10:00 AM the following day
- Software: HCHB experience required
Job Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain one
- At least 1 year of recent home health physical therapy experience required
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently in the home health setting
- Experience managing a productive caseload and meeting documentation timelines
- Proficiency with HCHB
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support patient goals and functional outcomes
- Maintain a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week
- Complete timely and accurate documentation by the next business day
- Collaborate with the care team to promote safe, effective, patient-centered care
- Travel within the assigned territory to serve patients across multiple counties
