Interventional Radiology Technologist Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,810-$1,940
- Setting: Hospital / Interventional Radiology
- Employment Type: Travel Allied Health
- Start Date: 11/02/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with on-call coverage on a 7 on / 7 off rotation
- Shift Duration: 8-hour days
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Location: Dothan, Alabama
Job Requirements
- Current ARRT certification required
- BLS certification required
- 2+ years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience required
- Proficiency in all interventional radiology procedures required
- Ability to work independently in a hospital-based procedural environment
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Assist with a variety of interventional radiology procedures in a hospital setting
- Prepare patients, equipment, and procedure rooms for safe and efficient workflow
- Support imaging guidance and procedural teamwork throughout the care process
- Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and infection-control standards
- Provide on-call coverage as scheduled and respond promptly when assigned
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver excellent patient experiences and outcomes
