- Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,950 – $2,060
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Location: Sierra Vista, AZ 85635
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
- Strong critical care assessment, monitoring, and intervention skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Comfort working night shift schedules and delivering high-quality patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to the plan of care
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and timely
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining safety and quality standards
