Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- TNCC certification required
- NRP certification required
- PALS certification required
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented emergency care environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department
- Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring of patients with acute and emergent needs
- Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols and physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians, ER staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely care decisions
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
- Respond quickly and professionally to changing patient conditions and emergency situations
- Support a positive patient experience while maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence
