- Setting: Hospital Acute Rehab / Inpatient Rehab

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,880 – $2,010
- Guaranteed Hours: 32 per week
- Shift: 10-hour day shifts
- Weekend Coverage: Rotating weekends
- Call: None
- Start Date: 8/31/2026
Job Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility as required by Arizona state regulations
- At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
- Experience in acute rehab, inpatient rehab, or hospital-based therapy settings preferred
- Strong time management, flexibility, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a varied adult and geriatric patient population
- Comfort working with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Ability to provide care in accordance with licensure and professional standards
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients in an acute rehab environment
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to support mobility, function, and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation staff, and the care team to promote safe, effective patient outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Adapt treatment approaches to meet the needs of a wide variety of diagnoses
- Float between inpatient and acute rehab areas as needed
- Maintain a patient-centered, team-oriented approach while delivering high-quality therapy care
