Job Requirements

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience required
• Experience in a hospital, acute care, or specialty care environment preferred
• Willingness to float to the NICU as needed
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered respiratory care
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory therapy interventions based on patient needs
• Support patients across inpatient and specialty care areas, including the NICU when needed
• Perform and monitor respiratory treatments, oxygen therapy, and airway support
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical care teams to promote the best possible outcomes
• Respond to changing patient conditions with professionalism and clinical skill
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
