- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,217 – $2,463

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience as an OR Tech, Operating Room Technician, or Surgical Technologist in an operating room setting
- Ability to prepare and maintain sterile fields for surgical procedures
- Knowledge of surgical instrumentation, supplies, and aseptic technique
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary surgical environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting while maintaining attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures by organizing instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
- Assist the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating procedural needs
- Maintain sterile technique and support infection prevention standards throughout each case
- Ensure surgical equipment is properly cleaned, stocked, and ready for use
- Assist with patient positioning, room turnover, and overall procedural workflow
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff to promote safe and efficient patient care
