Travel Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – New Albany, IN

- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 – $2,230
- Shift Length: 8 hours
- Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- On-Call / Weekend Requirement: 1-2 days per week and one weekend per month
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Openings: 2
Job Requirements
- Active, current, non-restrictive Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Associate degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
- Home health nursing experience preferred
- OASIS knowledge preferred
- Homecare Homebase experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Complete accurate OASIS assessments with attention to detail
- Provide skilled wound care, catheter care, and PICC line care in the home health setting
- Collect labs and support ongoing clinical monitoring for home care patients
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and care plans
- Complete supervisory visits with LPNs and aides as needed
- Participate in interdisciplinary team case conference meetings
- Travel throughout assigned coverage areas to deliver patient-centered homecare nursing
- Document care thoroughly and collaborate closely with the care team to support positive patient outcomes
