Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Per Diem Float Pool | Flemington, New Jersey
Experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse needed for a per diem float pool opportunity in Flemington, NJ. Join a fast-paced emergency department team and provide high-quality, patient-centered acute care with the flexibility of a local per diem nursing role.

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $660-$690
- Hours Per Week: 12
- Schedule Commitment: Minimum of 2 shifts per month
- Work Setting: On-site Float Pool for the Emergency Department
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care or emergency nursing setting
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient volumes and clinical priorities
- Flu immunization required unless a valid medical exemption is provided
Responsibilities
- Provide timely, skilled nursing care to patients in the emergency department
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe, effective patient care
- Respond confidently to urgent and emergent clinical situations
- Float as needed within the designated emergency care environment
- Maintain compliance with department protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements
- Deliver compassionate care while supporting patients and families during high-stress situations
