- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,040 – $2,150
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in telemetry, med-surg, or acute care nursing
- Strong patient assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care patient setting
- Comfort collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and supporting patient and family education
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments according to policy and patient condition
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized nursing plans of care
- Monitor telemetry patients and document responses to clinical interventions
- Provide education to patients and families throughout the care process and at discharge
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support safe, effective care
- Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed personnel
- Serve as a mentor and preceptor while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement
- Support quality, safety, and service initiatives in alignment with unit standards
