- Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
- Shift Pattern: Day/night rotations or straight nights; every other weekend and every other holiday required
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a high-acuity, fast-paced Emergency Department
- Comfort working a flexible schedule with night shifts and rotating shifts
- Compliance with onboarding, credentialing, and health screening requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Perform rapid assessments, monitor patient status, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely treatment
- Administer medications, initiate interventions, and document patient care accurately
- Support patient flow, prioritization, and care coordination during busy ER shifts
- Deliver compassionate care while maintaining professionalism in a dynamic emergency nursing environment
