Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the appropriate state
- Minimum of 1 year of recent medical/surgical nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team
- Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospital setting
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult medical/surgical patients
- Monitor patient status, complete assessments, and document care accurately in the electronic health record
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and nursing standards
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns as needed
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional patient care environment
