Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment in Tuba City, Arizona

Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care or sub-acute care setting
- Active, current, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States or its territories
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to complete TCAR within 6 months of hire
- Ability to complete NIHSS within 6 months of hire
- Strong independent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced acute care Med/Surg environment
- Perform a variety of nursing procedures based on physician orders, standards of care, and facility policies
- Assess patient conditions, monitor responses to treatment, and document nursing care accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
- Support patients and families with education, guidance, and compassionate clinical care
- Adapt to a dynamic medical-surgical nursing setting while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
