Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift in Lewistown, Montana
Position Overview

Travel Nursing Job Details

- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,950-$2,060
- Location: Lewistown, Montana
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts

- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

- Work Setting: On-site adult medical-surgical unit
Medical-Surgical RN Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana
- At least 1 year of professional nursing experience; medical-surgical experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
Medical-Surgical Nursing Responsibilities
- Provide safe, efficient, compassionate, and holistic nursing care to medical-surgical patients during night shifts
- Assess patient conditions, identify priority health needs, and develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses and changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families to encourage active participation in care and support optimal health outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable Montana nursing regulations and professional standards
- Provide care primarily to adult patients, with occasional pediatric assignments as needed
